When should I schedule the character to arrive?

We recommend your character arrives at least 10 minutes after all your guests arrive and 10 minutes before they depart. This helps streamline our entrances and exits, as well as create a magical experience for all guests.

How do I pay for my party?

We take a 50% nonrefundable deposit to book your time, date, and character. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of your party. The remainder is due at the time of your event.

What payment methods do you take?

All major debit and credit cards as well as cash.

What if I need to cancel?

We understand unexpected circumstances, however, due to the nature of our schedule we will keep your deposit as a cancellation fee. Please let us know as far in advance as possible. If you would like to reschedule, please see below.

What if I need to reschedule?

to reschedule please contact us as soon as possible. We are happy to work with you to find a new date and time. A $40 rescheduling fee will apply.
